Luncheon Delivery

Cooking Thyme now offers lunch delivery Monday through Friday for your business or social events. Select a la carte from our luncheon menu for groups of ten to fifty people.

Chicken Entrees $9/ person
Chicken Marsala – Boneless chicken breasts are sautéed and served in a Marsala wine sauce over penne pasta.

Garlic Chicken – Boneless chicken breasts are encrusted in bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and served with roasted red potatoes.

Chicken Parmesan – Breaded, boneless chicken breasts are smothered with cheese and covered with hot tomatoes and served with penne pasta.

Honey Dijon Chicken – Boneless chicken breasts are topped with a honey Dijon sauce and a pecan and panko bread crumb topping and served with rice.

Chicken Feta Bake – Boneless chicken breasts are smothered with feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and herbs and served with rice.

Chicken Cordon Bleu – Boneless chicken breasts are stuffed with Swiss cheese and ham, and rolled in breadcrumbs and served with roasted red potatoes.

Casual Fare $8/ person
Stuffed Shells – Jumbo pasta shells are stuffed with a homemade four cheese, spinach filling and smothered in marinara sauce.

Cajun Chicken Pasta Bake – Chicken is tossed with red pepper and scallions, smothered in a creamy Cajun - Alfredo sauce, and baked with penne pasta.

Beef and Bean Burritos – Flour tortillas are filled with a mixture of ground sirloin, refried beans and cheddar cheese. Vegetarian available. Served with chips, salsa, and sour cream.

Calzones – Pizza dough is folded over and filled with any combination of pepperoni, sausage, veggies and cheese.

Fish Entrees $11/ person
Sweet and Spicy Salmon – 6 oz salmon fillets are rubbed with spices and finished with a touch of maple syrup. Served with rice.

Baked Salmon with Honey Mustard and Pecan Topping – 6 oz salmon fillets are glazed with honey mustard and topped with crunchy pecans. Served with rice.

Orange Roughy with Lemon – Dill Panko Topping – 6 oz mild orange roughy fillets are topped with crispy bread crumbs seasoned with fresh lemon and dill. Served with roasted red potatoes.

Salads $3/ person
Mixed Greens Salad with Red Pepper, Feta, and Kalamatta Olives – Mesclun mixed greens are topped with chopped red pepper, feta cheese, and kalamatta olives and then tossed with a homemade viniagrette.

Asian Spinach Salad– Baby spinach is mixed with mandarin oranges, red onion, and a homemade sesame dressing.

Ceasar Salad– Romaine lettuce, grated parmesan cheese, croutons, and ceasar dressing make up this classic salad.

Mixed Greens Salad with Gorgonzola, Cranberries, and Honeyed Pecans – Mesclun mixed greens are topped with gorgonzola cheese, dried cranberries, and homemade sweet and spicy pecans and a viniagrette.

Desserts $3/ person
Seasonal Fruit Crisp – Peach – Raspberry, Blueberry, Cherry, and Apple – Cranberry are available depending on the time of year.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars – A rich peanut butter layer is topped with chocolate for a delicious ending to your meal.

Soda $1/ person
We will deliver a variety of 2 liter bottles of soda, ice, and cups. Let us know your brand preferences.

Delivery is included to Cleveland’s westside. Tax additional. Buffet style, drop off catering. $10 delivery charge to downtown Cleveland.
